Version 1, 8 October 2026

This page covers what we collect on subyect.com, why we collect it, who receives it and how you stop it. Short and specific.

Who we are

Subyect, Herengracht 451, 1017 BS Amsterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 91456134.

Questions or requests about your data: info@subyect.com.

What we collect

  • Booking form: your brand website, monthly revenue band, monthly Meta spend band and work email. We use them to decide if a call makes sense and to prepare it.
  • Booking: when you pick a time, our booking tool Calendly stores your name, email, the answers above and the campaign tags of the ad or link you came from.
  • Email: what you send to info@subyect.com.
  • Site statistics: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and loading speed. No cookies, no profile, no tracking across other sites.
  • Ad measurement, only after you accept: the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API. See below.

Meta, only after you accept

If you accept the cookie notice, we send Meta the pages you view and four moments: you start the booking form, you complete it, you book a call, you click a booking link.

With each one Meta receives your IP address, your browser type, the page address, the Meta cookie IDs and, when you gave us your email, a hashed version of it. Hashed means scrambled in your browser before it is sent. Your revenue and spend bands go with a completed form.

We use this to measure which ads work and to show our ads to people who visited this site. If you decline, none of it loads and nothing is sent.

For collecting this data and sending it to Meta, Subyect and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd are jointly responsible. What Meta does with it afterwards is Meta's own responsibility. Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy, and you can send a request about this data to us or to Meta.

Cookies and browser storage

  • _fbp and _fbc: set by Meta after you accept. They recognise your browser and the ad you clicked. Kept for 90 days.
  • subyect_consent: remembers your cookie choice in your browser.
  • mundo_attribution: set after you accept. It remembers the campaign tags of your visit until you close the tab, so a booking is linked to the right campaign.
  • Calendly: the booking calendar is loaded from calendly.com. It sets its own cookies and shows its own cookie notice.

Why we are allowed to

  • Booking form, booking and email: you ask us for a call, and we need your details to have it.
  • Site statistics: our legitimate interest in a site that works and loads fast.
  • Meta: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

We never sell your data. These companies receive it:

  • Vercel: hosting and site statistics.
  • Calendly: bookings.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland: ad measurement and ad audiences, only after you accept.

Outside the EU

Vercel, Calendly and Meta can process data in the United States. They do so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking details and email: as long as we are in conversation with you. If you become a client, for the length of the work and the period Dutch bookkeeping law requires after it.

Ask us to delete your details and we do, unless the law makes us keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, have it corrected or deleted, have its use limited, get a copy, and object to how we use it. Email info@subyect.com and we answer within a month.

Not happy with our answer? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

When what we collect changes, this page changes with it. The version line at the top shows the date.
